Our wonderful Chef, Conceicao Cardoso, and her amazing Assistant, Paulina Mophuti, have been delighting us with their culinary magic for over 20 years. The delicious aromas wafting from our kitchen make everyone’s tummy rumble with anticipation. Visiting parents often wish they could join us for lunch, and we’ve even had parents of past pupils asking for Sao’s cherished recipes.
Sao pours her heart into every dish, creating meals that feel just like “Mommy’s” cooking. Every day, our staff eagerly ask, “What’s for lunch?” because they can’t wait to enjoy her delightful creations. Paulina, Sao’s dedicated assistant, ensures our kitchen is always sparkling clean and hygienic, making every meal a true joy.
